Odoo Experience Americas 2026: Key Takeaways from a New Partner
Thousands of attendees, 50+ exhibitors, 100+ sessions, and one clear message: Odoo is becoming the platform growing businesses run on. Here’s what we learned at our first Odoo Experience as an official partner.
Odoo Experience Americas (OXP) 2026 brought the Odoo community to San Francisco for sessions on everything from product deep dives to real-world growth strategy. Wilfried Juncker, Odoo’s Director of Americas, opened the event. The speakers went beyond product talk, too: journalist Kara Swisher and NYU Stern professor Scott Galloway brought a wider business lens to the stage.
Our CEO Saira Mannan and CTO Faiz Mannan represented Inovi. As a newly onboarded Odoo partner, this was our first time at OXP. We came away with a sharp picture of why so many businesses are choosing Odoo.
Key takeaways from OXP 2026
1. All-in-one is winning over tool sprawl
Our biggest takeaway was how fast Odoo is evolving as an all-in-one platform. Businesses are moving away from stitching together a dozen disconnected tools. Instead, they want one system that runs accounting, inventory, and eCommerce together.
2. ERP power without legacy ERP baggage
Companies want the reach of a full ERP without the cost and complexity of legacy systems. Odoo gives them exactly that, which makes it a realistic option for growing companies, not just enterprises.
3. Open source means room to grow
Odoo’s open-source foundation gives businesses flexibility that closed platforms rarely offer. Companies can adapt the system to how they work, instead of reshaping their processes around the software.
4. The ecosystem is a real advantage
From Odoo staff to Platinum partners, the community was open, collaborative, and generous with knowledge. For a new partner, being part of that network early is one of the biggest assets Odoo offers.
What this means for our clients
As a new Odoo partner, Inovi’s goal is simple: help businesses navigate Odoo and put it to work for their specific needs. That includes:
- Implementation to get you up and running on the right foundation
- Customization to fit Odoo to the way your business works
- Ongoing support to keep your system growing with you
OXP reminded us why we made this move. We’re bringing what we learned straight back to our clients, and we’re already looking forward to next year’s event.
