Inovi Solutions has an immediate opening for a Senior Salesforce Developer. This position will work directly with clients to create solutions that address problems within their operation. This person helps bring client visions to life.

The preferred candidate should possess the qualities of self-motivation and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently. They must exhibit a fervor for programming and possess a talent for developing innovative and sophisticated solutions to complex issues. Responsibilities
  • The Primary responsibility to work closely with stakeholders from the business and Corporate Systems technical team, Salesforce product owner, program manager, architect, and developers to build robust solutions to drive alignment of business needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in software development and at least 1 year of experience in managing a small dev team.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Salesforce
  • Strong problem solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements and identify solution options
  • Experience with Salesforce programming (Apex, Aura, LWC and VF).
  • Good understanding of CI/CD tools, version control systems and Cloud Platforms
  • Proficient understanding and experience with responsive design, browser behavior and compatibility, and cross-browser optimization and troubleshooting

  • Lead Identification: Research and identify potential leads within target industries and companies through various channels but mainly Linkedin and relevant social media platforms.
  • Contact and Outreach: Engage with decision-makers via email or messaging to initiate conversations and establish a relationship. Utilize effective prospecting techniques to generate interest and qualify leads.
  • Needs Assessment: Understand the pain points, challenges, and objectives of potential clients through active listening and effective questioning. Determine their level of interest and eligibility for our products/services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with key contacts in target organizations to develop a rapport and gain trust. Maintain regular contact to stay top-of-mind and keep prospects engaged.
  • Appointment Setting: Collaborate with senior management to schedule high-level online meetings with qualified prospects. Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of meeting with our company’s management.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
