Job Responsibilities

The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing our clients’ projects on Salesforce CRM implementations and enhancements, requiring an understanding of Salesforce, its functionality, and system integrations. The PM will be responsible for coordinating and managing multiple Salesforce-related projects while facilitating collaboration and successful delivery of solutions. The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage Salesforce Project Execution: Support all project phases, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, ensuring that enhancement and integrations to Salesforce are delivered as agreed upon.
  • Facilitate Project Leadership: Develop and maintain project plans and performance metrics, coordinate issue resolution and project logistics, and ensure milestones are met and value is delivered within the Salesforce environment.
  • Support Business Backlog Coordination: Collaborate with Business Owners to maintain and prioritize the backlog. Coordinate competing business needs and align them with project team capabilities and bandwidth.
  • Coordinate Salesforce Project Teams: Bring together all required resources (Solution Designers, Developers, Admins, and QA) and Business Project Owners to facilitate smooth collaboration, alignment, project flow, and delivery of Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Tools Management: Utilize tools like Asana to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure project visibility.
  • Drive Results: Monitor and report on progress, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Remove Impediments: Act as a problem-solver, addressing roadblocks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure Salesforce projects move forward efficiently.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve internal processes, fostering efficiency and accountability across teams.
  • Mentor and Coach: Support team development by coaching on project management, fostering accountability, and encouraging innovative problem-solving within Salesforce projects.
  • Process Development & Documentation: Create, maintain, and enhance process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures to improve team efficiency. Develop reports and presentations to communicate project updates, insights, and key metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Strong Communication Skills – Strong written and verbal communication skills is a must to handle and manage clients in North America. (English Medium Background Preferred)
  • Project Management Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in project management.
    • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Leadership:
    • Strong facilitation, coaching, and leadership skills. Experience mentoring project teams.
  • Collaboration:
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and Business Owners.
  • Problem-Solving:
    • A proactive mindset to anticipate challenges, manage risks, and develop practical solutions within Salesforce projects.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Ability to write requirement documents and use cases.
    • Capability to prepare a Project Plan and allocate resources.
    • Understanding of QA/testing processes.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT or other related fields.
  • Certifications:
    • PMP, Scrum, or SAFe certification is preferred.
    • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.
  • Tool Proficiency:
    • Experience with Asana, ClickUp, Jira and Confluence for project management to track, report, and optimize team performance.
  • Organization:
    • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to facilitate conversations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and keep teams on track.

  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media channels, developing engaging content and strategies.
  • Content Creation: Write compelling content for social media, blogs, website, and other marketing collateral.
  • Email Marketing: Plan, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns, including preparing content for monthly newsletters.
  • Customer Stories: Develop and write compelling customer success stories.
  • Paid Ad Campaigns: Plan and execute ad campaigns for LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, and YouTube, optimizing for performance.
  • Creative Collaboration: Work in collaboration with graphic designers to prepare creatives for all content.
  • Email Campaign Development Collaboration: Work in collaboration with email campaign developers for the development and distribution of email campaigns and newsletters.
  • Lead Management: Capture and qualify leads in Salesforce CRM.
  • Webinar Management: Plan agenda and content for webinars to facilitate lead collection.
  • SEO Optimization: Ensure website, blog, and articles are SEO optimized to improve organic search rankings.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Monitor competitor activities and identify market trends.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Digital Marketing Experience:
    • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.

  • Collaboration:
