Over the past few years, the company has made several acquisitions. Many of those businesses were using a wide range of software programs that they’d outgrown or were no longer meeting their needs for customer relationship management (CRM).
There were also numerous methods being used to gather, track, and analyze data, and employees were using that information in disparate ways to inform their decision making. There wasn’t a single source of truth (SSOT), which made everything from sales to operations to management of the business more challenging.
The teams needed better reporting and benchmarking functionality so they could make smarter decisions about how to provide the best service and products to their customers.
Arcadia needed to implement Salesforce Sales Cloud, and it was vital to preserve the customer data from legacy systems. Migrating over the valuable customer data from every source was a critical piece of this implementation.
Inovi Solutions created a single Salesforce org to support all of Arcadia’s lines of business, which immediately brought better visibility and collaboration across teams and across the business divisions.
We used our custom tool, Inovi Gmail Migration , to move Gmail emails from previously acquired business email domains and converted them into Email Activities in Salesforce. In doing so, we were able to preserve the entire body as well as the subject line and customer information.
Our team of Certified Salesforce Consultants and developers also integrated Zendesk with Salesforce using MuleSoft Composer so that salespeople could have complete visibility on any customer issues that arise. This enabled them to respond and resolve challenges more quickly.
We also synced Tickets created in Zendesk with Salesforce, and created a replication function so that Accounts and Contacts created in Salesforce would also be created in Zendesk, ensuring a seamless service and more personalized interactions with each customer.
